In the heart of Saint-Affrique city, come and discover the plates of our Chief Gilles CARRIERE, arrived in october 2021 ! A traditionnal cooking, simple, generous, and homemade.

Capacity of 60 persons, all the staff of the Pont-Neuf welcome you for lunch and dinner with a card for lunch and a menu for dinner and one daily menu at the price of 15,50€ served only for lunch from monday to friday.
The Chief work with local and seasonnal products.

The restaurant is open daily from 12 o'clock for lunch and from 7.30 pm for dinner.

• Faux filet d'Aubrac : 250 grammes, Roquefort sauce, Aligot and salad. 21 €

• Grilled Local Veal Chop : porcini mushrooms sauce, aligot 23 €

• Piece of fish : Grilled with skin, vegetables and lemon ginger sauce. 16,50 €

Our desserts :

• La crème brûlée : homemade with vanilla  5 €

• Le café gourmand : some our desserts with coffee or tea. 6,50 €

• The chocolate mousse of "Le Pont-Neuf" : with pieces of chocolate and dry fruits. 5€

• Fromages affinés : Selection of local raw milk cheese. 6 €

• Roquefort Trilogie : selection of 3 caves of Roquefort 7,50€

Aveyron's traditionnal cooking 
with fresh and local products

The meals are done with fresh products, for some of them from local producers. Traditionnal courses of the region like "aligot", or Aubrac meat.

You can also enjoy and taste some cheeses like Roquefort cheese. 7 caves of producers are still doing this famous cheese, we work most of the time with "le Vieux Berger" , "Roquefort Société" and " Gabriel Coulet "

A lovely wine's card is also purposed, with also a selection of local producers : "côtes de Millau", "médoc," "Gaillac"
